Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the customized nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been printed, processed, and shipped.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds or replacements are considered only in the following cases:

  • Label printing error (not matching the approved design)
  • Incorrect product received
  • Products damaged during delivery (must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos)

  • Supporting photos (for damage or misprint claims)
