- Once approved, label designs cannot be changed or canceled.
Pricing & Payment:
- All pricing is in Indian Rupees (INR) and is inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Full or partial advance payment is required before production.
- Pricing may vary based on bottle size, order quantity, label design complexity, and delivery location.
Label Design Policy:
- Customers must ensure submitted designs are copyright-cleared and legally usable.
- We provide label design assistance, and proofs must be approved by the customer before final production.
- Brand Your Water is not liable for errors in client-approved artwork.
Production & Delivery:
- Standard production time ranges from 5–10 business days post artwork approval.
- Delivery timelines depend on location and courier services.
- We are not responsible for delays due to force majeure events or third-party shipping providers.
Limitation of Liability:
We are not liable for indirect losses, including missed promotional opportunities, reputational damage, or revenue loss due to delivery delays or incorrect usage of product.
